KG (DE) the company name, postcode and town of the purchaser.

Use of Google Analytics (web analytics platform)

The aptomet.ch website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA (hereinafter: "Google").

Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, due to the activation of IP anonymisation on these websites, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

The purpose of the data processing is to evaluate the use of the website and to compile reports on activities on the website. Further associated services are then to be provided on the basis of the use of the website and the internet.

Recipient
The recipient of the data is Google as an order processor. We have concluded the corresponding order processing agreement with Google for this purpose.

Storage period
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for our recording purposes.

In addition, you can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (incl. your IP address) to Google as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available under the following link: Browser Add On to deactivate Google Analytics.

In addition or as an alternative to the browser add-on, you can prevent tracking by Google Analytics on our pages by clicking on this link. This will install an opt-out cookie on your device. This will prevent the collection by Google Analytics for this website and for this browser in the future, as long as the cookie remains installed in your browser.

With the help of the tracking tool Google Analytics, the behaviour of visitors to the website can be assessed and interests analysed. For this purpose, we create a pseudonymous user profile.

When you visit a page with the YouTube plugin, a connection to YouTube servers is established. This tells YouTube which pages you are visiting. If you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube can assign your surfing behaviour to you personally. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account first.

If a YouTube video is started, the provider uses cookies that collect information about user behaviour.

Further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and processing by YouTube can be found in the provider's privacy policy. There you will also receive further information on your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). Our website uses Google Conversion Tracking. The company operating the Google AdWords services is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Website aptobase.plus

System and responsibility

The main responsibility, maintenance and management lies with APTOMET AG. The platform was developed with Abilium GmbH in 3005 Bern. Abilium GmbH is our development partner and has access to the database in the same way as APTOMET AG.

Contract and read-only customers have a login for the database. In addition to user data (address for client and locations, contact data for user account), test equipment data is stored in the application. The use of the application by contract customers is regulated in a contract.

APTObase.plus also stores all test equipment data of devices that APTOMET AG has calibrated in its laboratories since 2018. Further information can be found under "APTOMET AG data protection".

APTOMET AG records the data of calibrated measuring equipment in APTObase.plus. By default, a gauge is recorded with a calibration interval of 24 months. After expiry of this period, 8 weeks before the next calibration is due, an automatic message (callback) is sent by e-mail. The recipient of the e-mail is always the client (name on calibration order).

On request, callbacks can be set. We are also happy to change the callback contact and the calibration interval on request. Please contact our data protection officer or another APTOMET AG employee.
