Calibration and Quality Assurance

APTOMET AG operates calibration laboratories in the fields of electrical engineering, high frequency, EMC, temperature, pressure, fibre optics and communications technology.

With more than 5,000 Calibration procedures, we can respond flexibly to your needs – whether through Calibration at our laboratories in Gümligen and Fehraltorf or directly on-site.

As a laboratory accredited to ISO/IEC/EN 17025, we support your company with quality assurance. In this way, we help ensure that your measurements remain verifiable and traceable, and that you can reliably comply with the relevant standards, legal requirements and safety regulations.

On-site calibrations

On-site calibrations

APTOMET AG offers accredited calibrations directly on-site. The relevant calibration and measurement capabilities are documented in the SCS directory. Through integration into the accreditation, all requirements regarding processes, procedures and quality assurance are met even outside the laboratory – thereby supporting your company’s quality assurance efforts.

Ideally suited for:

  • Measuring equipment that cannot be transported
  • Large quantities of identical measuring devices
  • Short downtimes for production facilities

Your benefits:

  • Minimal downtime – no need to transport equipment, no logistics required
  • Predictable scheduling – Calibration during ongoing operations
  • Cost savings – particularly for large quantities of measuring equipment or equipment that is difficult to transport

SCS Calibration

Our calibrations are primarily carried out using the SCS method in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025. The measurement results are traceable to national and international standards, so you can rely on the reliability, traceability and auditability of your measuring equipment

ISO Calibration

We can offer ISO calibrations for a wide range of measurement ranges. For calibrations outside the accredited ranges, the same processes are applied as for accredited calibrations.
