PACE 5000E/6000E
The PACE5000 E is a single-channel pressure controller that replaces the previous model, the PACE5000, and offers market-leading performance, long-term stability and fast, precise pressure control. The updated housing is fully compatible with existing control modules, SCPI commands and the previous connections and dimensions. The PACE6000 E extends this technology to two channels. Both devices utilise digital control and a high-precision, digitally calibrated pressure sensor based on piezoresistive and TERPS technology for maximum accuracy, stability and bandwidth.
