PM620 TERPS and PM620LP
The PM620 pressure modules from Pressure are based on modern resonant silicon technology and offer maximum accuracy and long-term stability. They enable flexible pressure range adjustment on the DPI620 Genii and DPI612 Flex series of calibrators, with the calibration data stored directly in the module. In combination with the PV624, the PM620LP low-pressure sensors expand the DPI620 Genii into an automatic low-pressure calibrator and enable precise measurements in closed systems at very low pressures.
